Bookings can be made via the website or by emailing [email protected] for a quote - particularly if staying for an extended period - or by phoning (07) 55296333. Check in, is a simple procedure of either coming to the office or following the after hours self-check in procedure.
Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am Late check out can be requested and may be available - subject to availability. Late check outs must be requested / approved prior to checkout.
Allisee Apartments reserves the right to charge for any wilful damage or destruction to apartments.
A simple self check-in procedure is available for guests who may arrive after office hours.
Late check out can be arranged by prior request and is subject to availability. Late check out may be charged on sliding scale if excessive.
Generally a deposit will secure your booking and is taken at the time of booking. It is generally $200 and is refunded in full if cancelled two weeks prior to booking. Christmas holiday period bookings must be cancelled four weeks prior to arrival.
Reception hours are between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and we are also open Saturday morning. As we are self-catering apartments, there is generally very little that cannot be organised during office hours, however, we do have an after hours number for any emergencies that may occur.
Theme park tickets can be purchased through the office, however, we find most guests prefer to pre-purchase from the cheaper websites on offer and we are happy to print these tickets no matter how they are purchased.

There is free Wifi access around the office/pool area and most holiday apartments have free wifi. Please request that your apartment is fitted with wifi.
Allisee Apartments have three pools, spa, sauna, steam room, tennis court and lovely tropical gardens.
All Allisee Apartments have designated basement parking available, generally for two vehicles.
All linen is provided, however, should guests require extra linen or pool towels, these can be made available on request prior to arrival.
As Allisee Apartments are self-catering, the apartments are serviced just once a week. Should you require a daily service, this can be requested and is available for an extra charge.
One of our lap pools is heated all year round.
The busy hub of Surfers Paradise is a 15 - 20 minute drive south. Allisee is situated in the more serene northern suburb of Hollywell and is just two minutes from Paradise Point shopping and dining precinct. Allisee is closer to theme parks and is less than a one hour drive from Brisbane airport.
There are many cafes, shops and restaurants close by. Paradise Point is situated just two minutes away and has a selection of lovely restaurants, cafes, 2 chemists, 2 supermarkets, 2 butchers, specialty boutique shops and other services. Five minutes in the other direction finds the larger shopping centre of Runaway Bay.
There is a bus stop right outside the gates of Allisee, however, hiring a car is preferable for holidays to the Gold Coast due to the large area to see and for convenience.
Grocery shopping is available at both Paradise Point - 2 minute drive north - or the shopping centre at Runaway Bay - 5 minute drive south. There are also many specialist food shops, several butchers, bakers, supermarkets and deli style food outlets nearby.
